The Lotus Elan Sprint, introduced in 1971, marked the final evolution of the original Elan. It features a 1.6L four-cylinder engine upgraded to 126 hp, with a new twin-cam design. This convertible variant also includes improved handling and a more luxurious interior. Known for its vibrant color options and sporty character, the Sprint was produced until 1973 with around 1,000 units made.
