The Subaru R2 360 was introduced in 1970 as a compact sedan variant. It features a 0.36L air-cooled, two-cylinder engine producing 25 hp, paired with a 4-speed manual transmission. This sedan was designed for city driving and offered a compact footprint with comfortable seating for four. It was one of the early models to establish Subaru's presence in the kei car segment.
