The Honda Clarity Fuel Cell was introduced in 2017 as a hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicle. It features a fuel cell stack that produces 130 kW of power, delivering an equivalent range of approximately 360 miles. This variant is notable for its zero-emissions operation, advanced safety features, and spacious interior. It is primarily available in regions with hydrogen infrastructure.

The Honda Clarity Electric was launched in 2017 and was available until 2021. It features an electric motor producing 161 horsepower and 221 lb-ft of torque, powered by a 25.5 kWh lithium-ion battery. This variant was designed for city driving, offering a range of around 89 miles on a full charge. The Clarity Electric was primarily available in select markets, emphasizing its eco-friendly credentials.
